Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Luxe Curves Co™ item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email luxecurvesco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send the return form, the correct return address, and shipping instructions. Items sent back without a prior approval email will not be accepted.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges
Return the item, and once approved, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Your bank/issuer may take a few business days to post the refund.

Digital products (sold via Stan Store)
